Postcard from Greece
In what seems like ages and ages ago, I made my first real-life friend via Twitter: you know, those people whose blog you fall in love with and with whom you engage in witty banter on Twitter, and then make that awkward-seeming online to offline transition. I discovered Where My Heart Resides via the Sacramento PR community–we were both mentioned in for our social media prowess in landing a job.
As I realized via indie movie dates and over lunch spritzers, Ashlee is one of those girls who is like a real-life, red-headed Barbie: adorable husband, fabulous job, always perfectly coiffed/thrift-store-styled and who is just so darn nice it seems impossible. Did I mention she’s also an amazing writer, DIY crafter and photographer? I’ve been super inspired by her constant progress through her pre-baby bucket list with her husband. No doubt one her recent trip to Greece as surely one of the biggest boxes to tick off–and I was simply blown away by the gorgeous photos she took. Honestly, Greece shot to the top of my must-see list after drooling over the bluest skies, even-bluer oceans and stark-white buildings as captured by Ashlee. She was kind enough to share with my wanderlust-y readers: enjoy.
